These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any revised versions we may publish from time to time, state the terms and conditions under which Gladius Travels and Tours (Pvt) Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides services through our official website [www.gladiustravels.com] (the “Site”). These Terms (which also incorporate our Privacy Policy) form a legally binding agreement between you (“customer,” “traveler,” or “you”) and Gladius Travels and Tours (Pvt) Ltd and govern your use of our Site, as well as all accommodations, transportation, tour packages, and activities arranged or described by us (“Services”).
By accessing, browsing, and/or using our Site and/or Services, and/or by making a confirmed reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference.
We may, at our discretion, amend these Terms from time to time. Any revised Terms will be posted on our Site, and your continued use of our Site or Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. These Terms apply to all bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements made with Gladius Travels and Tours (Pvt) Ltd.
DISCLAIMERS
As a condition of using our Site, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Although Gladius Travels and Tours (Pvt) Ltd may monitor or review discussions, postings, or transmissions on the Site, we are under no obligation to do so and we assume no responsibility or liability for such content, including errors, defamation, obscenity, or inaccuracy.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, or otherwise inappropriate material, or any content that may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
NO SHOW / FAILURE TO CANCEL
Each booking made through Gladius Travels and Tours (Pvt) Ltd is subject to a cancellation policy. Failure to check in or commence travel on the reserved date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the cancellation policy below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total tour cost or the applicable hotel/property rate.
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival or less will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
- Early check-outs or shortened stays are non-refundable.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if a customer engages in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or where bookings contain or result from errors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gladius Travels and Tours (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profit, revenue, use, or opportunity, arising from your use of our Services or Site. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking in question.
PAYMENT POLICY
- 50% advance payment is required upon confirmation of a booking with Gladius Travels and Tours (Pvt) Ltd.
- The remaining 50% balance must be settled no later than 22 days prior to arrival.
- Failure to comply with the payment policy may result in cancellation of the booking at the Company’s discretion, in line with our Cancellation Policy.
