Booking Terms & Conditions

Package rates are indicative and subject to change based on hotel availability and seasonal demand.
Packages are available for travelers from all destinations.
Hotels listed are examples; if unavailable, similar category hotels will be offered at the time of booking.
Certain locations, activities, or events may be unavailable due to weather or other factors. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives.
Prices may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates.
Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Sri Lanka Immigration Department.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be settled 7 days prior to arrival.
Payments should be made within 3 days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise specified.
No additional booking or postage fees will apply.
Exchange rates are based on live rates at the time of booking.

Payment Methods:

Cancellations made 60 days before arrival → 100% hotel refund.
Cancellations made 21 days before arrival → 90% refund on other services.
Later cancellations, early checkouts, or no-shows → refunds depend on supplier terms.
Recoverable costs will be refunded above and beyond the limits of our standard conditions.

All excursion ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
If an excursion is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
If an excursion is abandoned mid-way due to unavoidable reasons, refunds will be processed case by case after management review.

All prices are inclusive of taxes & service charges (subject to government changes).
Transport rates include driver accommodation.
Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Travel times may vary due to weather, traffic, and road conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Driving times shown in itineraries are based on Google Maps but may differ in practice.
Travel in Sri Lanka is unique, so allow extra time for traffic, weather, and local conditions.

Hotels are booked subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.
If the preferred hotel/room type is unavailable, we will suggest alternatives (costs may vary).
Room categories can be confirmed, but specific views (e.g., sea view) cannot always be guaranteed.
Changing room categories may result in an adjusted package price.

Only 44 first-class seats are available per train in Sri Lanka.
Tickets are released one month in advance and sell out quickly.
We will ensure confirmed seats but cannot guarantee first-class availability.
